Watchmen Motion Comic →
Didn’t think too much about this until I chanced to watch a preview on iTunes. I was expecting a sort of automated slideshow of the comic panels, but it’s a lot more than that- it really does fall somewhere between a comic and an animated film.

Did I ever mention I was slimed once? Not on a game show or anything, I got slimed on the Nickelodeon Studios Tour. I got to go change into a Nickelodeon jumpsuit while all the other kids were doing physical challenges, and when I came out they made me sit in a wading pool while two bored-looking employees emptied a bucket of slime over my head.

I’m reading Steve Martin’s stand-up biography “Born Standing Up,” right now, and it’s pretty wonderful, witty and endearing. But looking at some of the billboards around town, I get the feeling it’s been pretty hard to be a Steve Martin fan as of late.
