Thanks to everyone who came to the CollegeHumor/Dorkly panel at PAX East today, even those who thought they were lined up for the DIY steampunk workshop.
Do you like video games? Are you going to PAX East this weekend? If the answer to both of these questions is, “¡Si!” then come join me as I moderate a CollegeHumor/Dorkly panel. I’ll be talking to my friends and co-workers Owen Parsons, Caldwell Tanner, Kevin Corrigan and Brian Murphy. The INSANITY starts this Saturday at 12 noon in Boston, MA. More info here.
See you guys this weekend! We’ll be in the Wyvern Theatre at noon on Saturday, laying down some serious truth facts about our fake internet jobs.
And this? Yeh, this isn’t even for a video either.
This office is weird.
Another rough day at the office. Back to the ol’ grind.
I can’t believe I was in a stupid meeting when that costume truck broke down outside.
I’m excited to say that on Monday I’ll be joining CollegeHumor as a staff writer. I’ve admired their work forever — over the years, they’ve built a machine that pumps out sketches that are consistently funnier, faster, and better-looking than pretty much anything else out there, Internet or otherwise, and becoming a cog in that crazy juggernaut is a total dream job. Onward!
Adam Conover is a very funny gentleman and was my sketch 201 teacher at the UCB. On Monday he will be my desk neighbor at CollegeHumor. I’m very excited to work with him, but perhaps more importantly, I am going to haze him to death.
What’s this? Oh just
David Wain & Paul Rudd singing the Les Miserable Confrontation
Yeah, this is pretty great.
Dorkly Bits: The X-Men Disappoint Magneto
Finally the X-Men arcade game gets some Dorkly Bit love. I wrote this one & teamed up with good friend™ Emily Axford to provide voices. Enjoy!
Dorkly Comics Presents: Mass Effect 3 (If Only Joker Survived ME2)
Thanks to Rampaged Reality for the link!
For everyone on Facebook complaining about spoilers, I understand your reaction. I hate reading spoilers too. So don’t worry! This isn’t one - Mass Effect 2 has a bunch of possible endings, depending on who lives and who dies. To be fair, I feel like that’s been common knowledge since mid-2009. Also, you really should have played Mass Effect 2 by now, it’s very good.
In conclusion, you are bad at videogames and time management. Thanks for reading!
