Editorial Camping Retreat, Adirondacks, August 2010. The least wacky “wacky picture” that has ever been taken. And, of course, here’s the nice version for all you parents out there.

Owen and Susanna, struggling to look wacky. Pat, failing miserably.

Man, you should have seen the wacky face I made half a second later. It was the stuff of wacky legend. I am glad Suze and I ended up with identical expressions, though. We bookend this group photo pretty well.
