Really, everything works about this movie. It combines action, humor and nostalgia in just the right balance to create two hours of concentrated sci-fi viewing pleasure.
Try and see it as soon as possible, in order to maximize the nerd ratio in the audience. Last night there was a man in front of me who applauded at random intervels throughout the movie. Somehow, it wasn’t annoying, just clear that this fan had so much excitement coursing through his veins that his body was involuntarily smashing its hands together in an effort to burn off some of that excess energy.
