Someone is making a new reality show about the world of aircraft repo men. They seem like regular repo men, in that they have to be sneaky and sometimes they risk getting hurt trying to take things back from crazy people, but they’re different in two big ways:
A) The people whose property is being repossessed were rich enough to afford aircraft and, therefore, are rich enough to have henchmen.
B) These guys have to escape via aircraft they reclaim.
Imagination: Square-jawed heroes bob and weave experimental helicopters around the guided missiles shot from mercenaries below, while newly-bankrupt businessmen dance on the edge of their rooftop helipads in a rage, shaking their fists and stomping all over their big white cowboy hats.
The press blurb mentions a case where a repo man has to infiltrate Scandinavian airport security in order to steal back one of their 747s, which I dearly hope is something I can watch on TV soon. It’s like It Takes A Thief meets Airwolf. My body is not used to generating this much excitement about a reality show.
