So the most poorly timed snowstorm in recent memory delayed my trip home for a day. Here’s how I spent my unexpected 24 hours in NYC-

• Spent 2.5 hours on hold with US Airways Customer Service (new personal record)

• Rode a bus to the airport

• Rode a bus back

• Scrubbed kitchen floor

• Spoke to Microsoft; they agreed to fix this just a few days before my warranty expired

• Went to see Up In The Air, thereby completing the recent George Clooney Trilogy

• Took Jen to a restaurant that was recommended to me by my telephone.

All in all, not an unproductive day. Thanks US Airways, for forcing me into productivity by virtue of your awfulness.
