I loathe dance clubs. Jen enjoys them, so we have more than a few mild arguments on the subject: I posit that I will not be going with her and her friends to pay terrible sums of money in an expensive, deafeningly loud sweat-cave. She responds that relationships are about compromise. I counter that “avoiding dance clubs” is a prime directive, uncompromisable as a key component of my identity. She asks if this directive is more prime than others, like for instance, “not dying alone as a bitter, unloved wreck.” 

The conversation after that varies, but usually she gives up on the dance club idea and just punches me instead. Anyway, this video is great.
